Reading, story-time… those were my favorite things as a kid. It made me want to write. :) Lovely pics.

Oh I love story time! In my house that time is most of the day! My son is always bringing me another story for me to read. My 8 month old gets all excited when she sees the books too.

I didn’t know it was literacy day today. I feel like we celebrated because we did read a few books under the shade of a tree at the park today. But there is another thing that needs celebrating and that is your blog award! We have given you the I Love Your Blog award! For always keeping true to your values, sharing them with us and giving great tips and advice. Congratulations! You can pick up your button at http://mommylounge.wordpress.com/2008/09/10/mommy-lounge-blog-awards/
Keep up the good work!

Thanks Kalisha and Reneca! What a nice surprise! :)

Literacy day wasn’t today, it was on Sept 8th, but I still thought it would make a good theme for today’s Wordless Wednesday.
