I would have never thought to put chocolate and zucchini together. It looks like she enjoyed making it.
I’m laughing. I made exactly this two days ago. Right down to the split between muffins and the loaf of bread. Chocolate chips go great in zucchini bread!
That looks like a blast. I love cooking with my boys. I might even be able to get them to eat zucchini if it’s got chocolate in it.

Absolutely! The zucchini bread freezes really nicely too, so if your garden (or CSA basket) is overflowing with zucchinis you can bake several batches of it and put them in the freezer to enjoy all winter long!
