How cute! It's amazing how protective and understanding pets can be with little ones. If I even came close to doing the things that my daughter does to our cat, my hands would be shredded, but when it comes to her, he just lays there and takes the grief!

Ha ha HA! My dog makes me NUTSO, because not only does she try to nurse on occasion when Sam does (GRAH), but she hovers above my shoulders on the couch, staring down at Sam while she eats, and making her laugh so that she can't concentrate on her meal.
